James began his real estate career in San Francisco in 2004 after buying several properties of his own. Prior to 2004 James had 13 years in sales and management experience. James has been a landlord / investor since 1996 and continues to own and manage rental property in San Francisco (one of the most challenging rent control markets in the country). He built his current home in Bernal Heights from the ground up, which was part of the 2012 AIA home tour. James is skilled in electronic marketing and was a designated e-agent at Coldwell Banker. He is a trained and skilled negotiator and also holds the real estate designations CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist), and Previews Property Specialist (for luxury homes). James has earned many Coldwell Banker awards designating him within the top ranks of agents and has earned the exclusive recognition of President’s Circle and President’s Elite awards. James has been through multiple boom and down cycles in real estate as an owner and agent, and knows how to help his clients succeed!
